Our Style - Tournaments

Power Ranking is a system that ranks players based on their performance in tournaments. The better you perform, the higher your rank!

You earn points based on your placement in each tournament. Here’s the breakdown:

Your points are then adjusted by:

Tournament Multiplier: Some tournaments are more important, so your points are multiplied by a factor.
Recency Factor: Recent tournaments count more, so your points are adjusted based on how new the tournament is, some very old tournaments might give you 0 points.

Let’s say you participate in two tournaments:

Tournament 1: You finish 1st with a multiplier of 1.0 and a recency factor of 1.0.
Points: 30 × 1.0 × 1.0 = 30 points
Tournament 2: You finish 3rd with a multiplier of 0.5 and a recency factor of 0.8.
Points: 17 × 0.5 × 0.8 = 6.8 points

Total Points: 30 + 6.8 = 36.8 points
